As a Voicer Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of customer interaction, which may include sales, customer service, or back-office support duties. This multifaceted role entails handling phone calls, or chats, or business processing tasks with precision and professionalism. We expect you to deliver outstanding customer service or meet sales objectives, and ensure seamless task execution tailored to the specific account you’re assigned to.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service orientation

Proficiency in computer skills

Fluency in English

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively

Not previous experience required
