Overview The AI Engineer is responsible for leading the integration of intelligent automation, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring all AI practices are ethical, efficient, and future ready. This person is the go-to expert for all things AI across the Cloud Operations team. This role involves access to proprietary systems and sensitive information, and may be subject to confidentiality and information security requirements as defined by company policies and applicable law. Responsibilities Designs and implements AI solutions to automate and enhance workflows for database performance, application reliability, and infrastructure monitoring. Collaborates cross-functionally with Engineers and Operations teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases. Champions AI practices, optimizing model performance and resource usage while tracking environment cost.
