The Role
We are on the lookout for a Project Commercial Manager/Cost Control Manager to join our team on an expatriate assignment, who will be responsible for providing commercial/contract management, procurement and cost & value management services onsite at our project in Guyana. You will play a key role in developing the onsite team as well as oversee the financial aspects of the project, manage procurement, manage contracts, and ensure profitability by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing costs, ultimately contributing to the company’s success.
The Commercial Manager will be instrumental in the set up and success of our project in Guyana so this role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked overseas in a similar position or someone with a solid background in Quantity Surveying who has been working at a senior level and is ready to step up into a Managerial position
