The Loan Advisor 100% Remote at E710LABS is a high-performance role designed to manage lead communication, support client qualification, and maintain administrative and compliance continuity during the early stages of the client lifecycle. This role serves as a critical strategic bridge between the prospective client and the Elite Capital & Debt Resolution Associate Partners responsible for final enrolment execution at I1CAP.

We are seeking professionals who embody a "Legacy Work Ethic"—specifically targeting Generation X and Baby Boomer candidates—who demonstrate superior organizational discipline, ethical responsibility, and the maturity required to succeed in a high-accountability remote environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Consultative Lead Management: Maintain direct, professional, and timely communication with assigned leads and newly enrolled clients.

● CRM & Data Integrity: Collect, organize, and accurately complete all client documentation in FORTH, ensuring 100% compliance with data protection requirements.

● Financial Diagnostics: Explain program steps and requirements using only Company-approved scripts. Prepare detailed client budget analyses to assess affordability and program fit.

● Strategic Enrollment Support: Organize the enrollment package and ensure the lead is properly prepared for transfer to Senior Associate Partners.

● Post-Enrollment Continuity: Provide administrative and payment-related follow-up during the first sixty (60) days post-enrollment to ensure client retention and program success.

● Compliance Oversight: Document all interactions and escalate any discrepancies, operational risks, or compliance-sensitive issues immediately.

THE VIRTUAL WORKPLACE & CONDUCT CODE

E710LABS maintains a "Virtual Sales Floor" to ensure operational excellence and real-time coaching. Adherence to these standards is mandatory:

● Zoom Operational Protocol: Employees must work via Zoom for the duration of their shift. Camera and microphone must remain open at all times to facilitate transparency and collaboration.

● Dress Code: A Formal Dress Code is required during all working hours, as the camera is active.

● Work Environment: Performance must occur in a professional, dedicated home office free from sonic contamination (background noise, pets, or domestic distractions).

MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (BYOD)

As a remote associate, you are responsible for providing your own high-specification equipment to ensure the security and efficiency of our financial workflows:

● Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Generation or higher).

● RAM: 8 GB (Minimum).

● Storage: 250 GB SSD (Solid State Drive).

● Operating System: Windows 10 (Minimum).

● Security: Active and licensed Antivirus software is mandatory.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

● Daily Performance Bonus: USD $15.00 per eligible worked day (paid biweekly).

● Enrollment Commission: 0.50% on eligible production attributable to the Advisor’s workstream.

● Commission Trigger: Payable only in connection with first payments received, cleared, and validated under the Company’s internal controls.

● Payment Schedule: Biweekly (Cut-offs: 15th/30th; Payments: 20th/5th).

WORKING HOURS & BREAK STRUCTURE

● Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

● Morning Break: One (1) fifteen-minute break.

● Afternoon Break: One (1) fifteen-minute break.

● Unpaid Lunch: One (1) hour (to be coordinated between 10:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.).

QUALIFICATIONS

● Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (Verbal and Written).

● Experience: Previous background in client service, financial services, debt resolution, or sales support is preferred.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (FORTH) and workflow documentation.

● Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong ethical grounding, and organizational discipline.
