Colegio Internacional SEK Las Américas, part of the International SEK Institution, is seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher with strong English skills and a passion for supporting young children’s holistic development in a dynamic, safe, and engaging environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Fluency in English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Preschool or Kindergarten.
Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
Must reside in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver educational activities.
Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and collaborate with families.
Participate in institutional activities and professional development processes.

Base salary.
Quality bonus, paid 5 times a year over 10 months.
Attendance and punctuality bonus per month, paid over 10 months.
Other benefits: Compensation package includes a 13th salary paid in December, paid vacations, and all legally mandated bonuses.
