Position: Security Monitoring Agent (CCTV) – Graveyard shift
Location: Santo Domingo, El Millon, Dominican Republic (On-site)
About the Role
We are hiring reliable and tech-savvy Security Agents to join our 24/7 surveillance team in Santo Domingo. You will be responsible for observing live camera feeds, maintaining direct communication with clients, issuing verbal warnings, and escalating urgent situations to local authorities when needed.
Available Shift:
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Graveyard)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live video surveillance feeds of private and commercial properties
Communicate continuously with U.S.-based clients via phone or messaging platforms
Respond to suspicious activity with real-time verbal warnings or emergency escalation protocols
Accurately document and log all notable events during your shift
Manage multiple digital devices and tools, including tablets and surveillance software
Ideal Candidate Profile
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficient with technology and multitasking across several devices
Experience in security, call center, or remote monitoring environments is a strong plus
Calm under pressure, with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Availability to work on-site across one of the three fixed shifts
