– Ultimo semestre/recien graduado TSU-Licenciatura Ing. Sistemas, Informatica, Software, TI
– Ingles B1-B2 excluyente
– Experiencia 0-1 anno. NO aplican perfiles fuera del area IT
FUNCIONES
– Soporte tecnico bajo supervision
– Asistencia en plataformas ITSM (Vtiger, Freshworks, ServiceNow)
– Documentacion de procesos y SLAs
