– We’re Hiring: Bilingual Patient Care Representative
– Location: Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Onsite)
– Employment type: Full-time | 9-hour shifts (between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
– Position Summary
Be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. As a Bilingual Patient Care Representative, you will ensure patients receive timely assistance with appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries, always with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage patient appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
– Provide accurate information about services, availability, and procedures (non-clinical).
– Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA & company protocols).
– Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
– High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
– Fluent or advanced English level.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
