Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to oversee daily Human Resources operations and support organizational growth through effective people management strategies. This role will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and HR administration while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
Handle employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Administer HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs
Coordinate training, engagement, and retention activities
Monitor attendance, disciplinary actions, and workplace conduct
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategies
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1+ years of HR experience (Generalist or Management level preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in employee engagement and performance management
Leadership and team management experience
